2012

I didn't have a new book out in 2011, so I'm looking forward to August 2012, when this shiny new one hits the shelves:

This novel is about 15-year-old Robie. She gets on a small plane in Honolulu, headed for Midway Island, and then bad things happen. I'm not very nice to her. Not at all.

Which should make it a pretty good read...

Can't wait to read this! And the cover is very provocative-- which makes for a good cover!

Must have been fun to write about Midway. That's where you were living when you came out for the Charlotte Huck festival, right? Like Lauren, I can't wait to read The Raft. Congrats!

Yeah, it was nice to be able to use that whole experience in such a way. And I love the cover:)

Stephanie,
I'm definitely looking forward to reading this one! And I love that you're continuing those provocative 2-word titles.

Katherine loaned me her copy of your book, Stephanie. You are VERY mean to your main character, which makes it such a great read! Congrats!!
