Mark,
Wonderful variation! I'm really enjoying all these creative approaches.
It's pretty fascinating how one poem can inspire each of us in an entirely different way--your poem says that well.
Yay, I love it! This should have been the first one we posted:) Well done, Mark.
I think we all need ways to confess-- this poem by WCW is such a humble confession poem-- compassionate to one's self and to the one wronged. It is no wonder it inspires. Well done, Mark.
I think WCW would be delighted to see how he has inspired us! Very nice, Mark!
Are others aware of Joyce Sidman's wonderful book: THIS IS JUST TO SAY, POEMS OF APOLOGY AND FORGIVENESS? The premise is a class of third graders writing their own forgiveness poems. By all means check it out!
